Bidding Forms
If you are unable to attend one of our Auctions but would like to bid on an item, we do accept postal bids. Simply download one of the two versions, print it out, fill it in and send it to us at: P.O. Box 1380 Broadbeach, Queensland 4218 Australia. Make sure to check the date of the auction so we receive your bid before the actual auction takes place.
Due to the increasing amount of Credit Card Fraud, we have instituted new security measures for all Postal Bidders. Please note these can be found on the postal bid form.
All postal bidders must fill out and sign all areas as requested to acknowledge the new postal terms and register a valid bid. All emailed bids must also be confirmed with a completed posted or faxed bid form to be registered as a valid bid. We reserve the right to hold new credit card bidders purchases for up to 30 days upon receipt of payment in full. The bidforms are in two formats for your convenience. A Microsoft Document format which can be printed in Microsoft Word, and also in an Adobe PDF format, if you do not have a .pdf viewer, you can download a free version from <here>. To download a form, right click on the file and choose 'save target as'.
